10 : 16 - 10 : 50 PM
Mostly my brain is being productive when I'm about to sleep.
I was going to sleep, I even do a bed yoga for sleep, but I ended up thinking here and there.
Always a random thoughts.
Next Thursday, I will have a conference call with my principal. We have been communicating via e-mail, but not in intense. We are going to make a discussion for marketing strategy.
When I received her mail about this matter, I got panic attack! And today she said that I need to prepare the topics and slides of marketing strategy, second panic attack!
That's one of my thoughts tonight. My brain will busy thinking about this and... *sigh* it's definitely not the right time.
Every time I "prepare" my self to get a better sleep (e.g. yoga) I always ended up awake until midnight. Even listening to music didn't help me to go to sleep.
If you have a lot of thoughts at night, before bed, what would you do?
Or do you have before-bed-routine?
